Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days after receiving your purchase date for a full refund. However if your returning your item because of print method a refund will not be issued because it states on the website the type of method we use for 95% of our products.  The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team within 10 days after receiving your purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item. Once we receive it, we will send out the replacement item at no additional cost to you. Exchange shipping costs are covered by Graceful Threads.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. **Contact Us**: Reach out to our customer service team at gracefulthreads2023@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

2. **Receive Instructions**: We will provide you with return/exchange instructions and a return address.

3. **Ship the Item**: Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

4. **Processing**: Once we receive the item, we will process your return or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 Important Information

- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
